Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is located on Nott Terrance in Schenectady, NY, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The rooms were equipped with a refrigerator, which was a nice touch, but the cleanliness could have been better as there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke and the blanket had holes in it. The service, while responsive, felt a bit odd at times. The dining options were satisfactory, offering both hot and cold cereal along with a waffle maker. The location, though close to a lot of attractions, gave off a slightly unsafe vibe. Overall, the hotel had its positives and negatives, with efforts made by the Manager Norman to improve the place.
The hotel's location was central to our stay, with attractions nearby, but the appearance made it seem abandoned. The staff was friendly and helpful, except for a misleading incident. The dining experience had a good variety, but was sparse. The rooms were reasonably clean but had issues with temperature control.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although clean and equipped with a refrigerator and safe, had a strange smell that needed addressing. The location was convenient with easy access to downtown, but the safety aspect was questionable. The service was a bit unusual at times, even though the staff, especially Eric the night manager, was friendly and helpful.
I had a comfortable stay at Days Inn within walking distance of downtown Schenectady. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave, fridge, and iron. However, I was disappointed to find a dirty washcloth draped over the shower curtain.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were initially not up to standard, but after being moved to a cleaner one, the experience improved. The service was the only upside, with the staff being friendly and professional. The location seemed central, but safety was a concern. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited options and unexpected charges.
